Did you ask us to take a look on your screen? We use CloudBerry Remote Assistant to see your screen. You can give us access like this:
- Download the QuickSupport client by clicking here;
- If you want to verify the checksum (for example on onlinemd5.com, it should be CEFCCD7A833CA5295B13C973CE08DAD5;
- Run the program;
- Tell our consultant your Computer ID and the PIN.
